Time-resolved fluorescence reads the signal after a delay following excitation. Short-lived background fluorescence decays earlier, while Eu3+ chelate emission remains longer, helping reduce background interference.

FNBE parameters

Available directions include FNBE-200, FNBE-300 and FNBE-500, with 100-800 nm custom particle sizes and COOH, NH2, SA or customized surface groups.

Typical features include 365 nm excitation, 610 nm emission, 100-1000 microsecond lifetime window, PDI < 0.1 and 0.5 / 1 / 5 mL packages.
